Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, pattern, or compatible model, please contact our support team. We'll gladly assist you whenever inventory is available.

PetalNest provides free return refunds within our 30-day policy. Our customer support team will provide return instructions before any package is sent back.
